You could take a look at <a href="http://www.poedit.net/" rel="nofollow">POEdit</a>, it's a multi-platform PO editor. Otherwise, just copy flexible-upload.pot to it_IT.po and pt_PT.po, respectively, and edit them with the text editor of your choice. Then, I'll generate the .mo files and include them in the plugin.
